College Health LISTSERVs
Students in Student Health List
Arizona State University operates a list server (StudHeal) dedicated to students and their involvement in student health issues, and addresses the needs of student organizations, including SHACs, peer education groups, etc. Subscriptions are free.
The purpose of this list server is to:
- Serve as a discussion forum for the health issues and policies affecting students of higher education.
- Serve as a discussion/brainstorming forum on the problems affecting student health student organizations, i.e., recruiting members, conquering apathy, etc.
- Fortify the relationship that the American College Health Association and its affiliates have with students.
To subscribe to the list complete the following steps:
- Send a message to the following address: listserv@asuvm.inre.asu.edu
- Leave the subject line blank.
- Type in only the following message: subscribe studheal <your name>.
- Insert your real name and do not include the brackets. Also do not include your e-mail address as the listserv computer will get your e-mail address automatically from the header without you listing it.
- Make sure there are no other words or signature in the body of the message
- Send the message. You will receive a message from the list confirming your subscription and giving you detailed instructions for using the list.
