Miss an Appointment
A missed appointment is defined as:
- arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment
- giving insufficient notice when cancelling an appointment
- not appearing for an appointment
A missed appointment fee will be applied to all missed appointments.
If you believe that a missed appointment fee has been applied in error you may appeal by speaking to Patient Relations or the Patient Advocate at (614) 292-0113.
