Transfer a Prescription

Board Certified Pharmacists at Work

When transferring a prescription to the Wilce Student Health Center Pharmacy, you will be asked to provide:

Prescription number of the medication, located on the pharmacy label
Name and phone number of the original pharmacy, located on the pharmacy label

To transfer a prescription:

Call the pharmacy at (614) 292-0125
Stop by the pharmacy and speak to a Pharmacy Technician
